President

William C. Lee II is the President and Owner of Community Trust Partners, Inc., where he leads business development, client relations, operations, and corporate finance. He also provides business consulting to condominium and homeowners associations. Will brings 30 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, operations, executive leadership, community management, publishing, telecommunications, retail services, and real estate investment.

Beyond his leadership role at Community Trust Partners, William C. Lee II has extensive experience in business operations, financial management, community association services, consulting, and real estate investment.
Will is President and Owner of Orangewood Property Services, LLC, a Vero Beach-based company specializing in home watch, maintenance, and storm preparation. He is also a minority partner in Capstone CPAs & Advisors, PLLC, which provides audit and tax services to community associations throughout Florida.
Previously, Will served as President of Keystone Property Management Group, a division of Orangewood Property Management, Inc., specializing in homeowners, condominium, and cooperative associations throughout Florida. He is also President and Owner of Yellow Kid, Inc., a business consulting firm focused on business analysis and operational efficiency, and Managing Director of Bay Star Partners, LLC, a former publishing company now focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout his career, Will has held senior financial and operational positions across several industries. His previous roles include consultant, General Manager, Vice President of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of ITC Global, Inc.; Vice President of Retail Sales and Planning for American Media, Inc.; and Senior Director of Operations for Source Interlink Companies. He has also held positions with Globe Marketing Services, Pratt & Whitney, and Distribution Services, Inc.
In addition to his corporate and community management experience, Will has an extensive background in Florida real estate investment and residential property operations.
